Ashley,
Your mom gave me your blog address when I was telling her about the trip we took to Taize last summer. Here is the website:
www.taize.fr
It is an ecumenical monastery in the south of France (in Burgundy, near Cluny) where a couple thousand people (mostly students) come to worship and fellowship. Usually people stay for a week and you are put into a group with other students from all over the world to do 1-2 bible studies per day, plus a job (ours was to serve breakfast). All of this is in between the three worship services they have per day. We stayed in the dorms, but you can also camp. We were there last June and it cost us I think between 50-75 USD each to stay for the week (including meals).
It sounds like your spring break will be more of a whirlwind tour, but if you ever get a week to go back, I think it may be a good place of centering for you.

And so I wish you blessings as you prepare for your travels. Have a wonderful time!

Hey Ashley it's Wendy Smith from COL. How's Nuremberg? I lived there for 2 years in the military and traveled Europe too. I'll bet Berlin's a LOT nicer place to visit than when I went through Checkpoint Charlie and into the East German side of the Berlin wall. That was one of the scariest moments of my life! Don't worry--you're not the first person to miss their stop (haha). Ask me when you get home and I'll tell you a funny story about getting lost in Heidleberg.

Blessings to you and we miss you !
